"Pros: The location is excellent. Complimentary coffee and croissant every morning. Portable heater in the room. Comfortable bed. Hot water. The steps are very steep and narrow. The wash basin only had a cold water spigot. I failed to Read the fine print. Didn't realize there was no Wi-Fi which was a terrible inconvenience. No place to hang clothes or towels. A map of the city would have been helpful, which I'm sure they can get from the tourist office and place in the room. Easy check-in and checkout. It is more like a Airbnb than a hotel. It doesn't have any of the characteristics of a hotel. More like a private bedroom with a private bath." ~Margaret
