"Pros: The warm welcome by the staff members and friendly, personal attention! The hotel was decorated very festively due to the Christmas season. I enjoyed the meals, especially the elaborate breakfast. Cons: At my check-out I mentioned the temperature in my room being 23 degrees. I tried to switch it to 18 degrees I'm accustomed to at home, which could not be done. The 26th of December is called the 2nd day of Christmas in the Netherlands and part of a 2- day holiday. The catering staff wasn't informed of this, regarding the breakfast hrs!" ~N.
