"Cozy Cottage" is a newly built, private and quiet cottage, next to “Huis Rijnsweerd". It has its own terrace and garden, looking out over the river Kromme Rijn and the landscape beyond. Parking and WiFi are available for free. Canoe renting and a large public swimming pool are located next door. The split-level bedroom has a double bed. Linen and towels are provided. The sofa in the sitting area can be transformed into a second double bed. The seating/dining area comes with a flat-screen TV with free Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and toilet. Guests can reach the following destinations within 5 - 15 minutes, either by bike (can be rented for free at the property) or by public transport (tram stop at 40 metres distance): University Centre and Science Park, UMC Hospital, University College, the city centre, Jaarbeurs Utrecht and the Central Train Station, which has a direct railway connection with Schiphol Airport Amsterdam.

People 12 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
