"Pros: To get the keys was very easy. Had problems with connecting to the Wifi, as the instructions were not clear (would be clearer just to send the password, picture of the note with the password or give clearer directions). For baking, don't forget to bring your own baking paper. Oil, salt and pepper are there. Same with coffee, tea and toiletries. Location is great. Cons: Going up the stairs with luggage to the flat is hard. The stairs in the flat are also steep. Bed upstairs is very soft, but my friend liked it. Got charged additional 5 euros for "charing credit card". Apparently if i made some sort of outside payment, i would have paid the amount, which was given by the site (276,-). I have no idea about this credit card charge - i know that booking.com is taking a high percent from the hosts, but i have never before experienced this additional charge. They sent me a facture, but this still makes no sense. And I already read that someone else also experienced these unexpected expenses while paying through the booking.com automated system, so it is not a single happening. I also noticed that all the hosts have teflon pans - sure cheap, but i would think it is better to invest into a stainless steal pan, if one plans to rent for more than 5 years." ~Rai
