"Pros: Although the motel units look quite ordinary from the parking side, as soon as you walk in you get a delightful garden view through the window. The owners have made a wonderful job of landscaping the gardens and they are well maintained. It was lovely to have a relatively private outside seating area too. Our unit was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable.
Cons: Unfortunately the fridge hadn't been turned on when we arrived in the early evening. Luke warm beer doesn't go down so well! Everything worked okay but the unit is looking pretty dated now. Also, I would love to have seen refillable containers for the shampoo and body wash, NOT the plastic sachets that are not recyclable and end up in landfill. We try to keep landfill waste to a minimum but not everyone is conscientious about this - it would be good to see labelled containers in the units to encourage others to recycle."
