Auckland Airport Kiwi Hotel is just a 10 minutes drive from Auckland Airport. There is a free Airport Shuttle Service available (Yellow Bus) for all our guests. All rooms include an AC, Sky TV, tea & coffee making facilities. Guests can enjoy 10GB of free WiFi per stay and have a 24 Hour Front Desk service available. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom. There is Free parking available onsite for all our guests. The Hotel has an excellent in-house Restaurant, McKenzie Bar & Restaurant, with Continental, Asian and local NZ Cuisine specialties. The hotel is located 17 km from downtown Auckland and 11 km from Manukau City. Non-refundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodation cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. that there is a 3.15 % charge when you pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The photo ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. In absence of valid credit card (not Visa Debit) $150 refundable bond payable. Minimum age for check in is 18 Years. Guests must present Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination granted via Government of New Zealand.
