Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In the instance where the credit card used does not belong to the guest checking in a credit card authorisation form must be provided. Forms can be requested from from the property prior to arrival. Please use the special request box when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Bookings with invalid credit card and contact details are subject to cancellation at the discretion of the property. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay on arrival. Monday - Sunday: 6:30am to 11:00pm Reception desk will be manned. 11:00pm to 6:30am, a staff member will be on call for any assistance.
