"Pros: Unique and spacious, marine vibe accommodation over the water, next to the Opua car ferry dock. The Landing had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay. Exceptional views and the grocery store and two restaurants were walking distance. The fish and chip shop was very good. A great location to explore the Bay of Islands area." ~Derek

"Pros: The Location of the water was magical and the little village around the marina and the nearby shop provided anything needed. The property was well maintained and the property managers were incredibly attentive and helpful. Cons: The second bedroom was on the side where the ferry pulls in which can get a bit noisy in that bedroom from 5am but it stops running at 10pm. The main bedroom was very quiet with lovely water views and extremely ely comfortable" ~Tanya
