"Pros: We didn't know what to expect at Arthur's Pass Lodge. However, our stay here turned out to be a highlight of our trip to the South Island. Helen is a wealth of information, a great host, excellent cook and baker and just a pleasure to be around. The views from her place are excellent, and the ambiance there was truly remarkable. I would go back through Arthur's Pass just to stay here again. Cons: There was nothing I did not like" ~Robert
