"Pros: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Yuki’s Chalet! The views were simply stunning, offering a breathtaking backdrop that made every moment special.
The place itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need and more. From the kitchen appliances to thoughtful little touches, no detail was overlooked. A delightful surprise was the unexpected bottle of bubbles and chocolates waiting for us on arrival—such a lovely gesture that made the stay feel even more special. The host was beyond helpful and genuinely lovely, always available when needed and truly went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible experience.
We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s rare to find accommodation that combines such beautiful surroundings, incredible amenities and a host who truly cares. Can’t wait to return!"

"Pros: Size and view
Cons: Hot water ran out after 2 of our family had 5 mins showers. The others waited half the night then had to shower in cold water just winter. There was also a housekeeping issue that was reported - one bathroom had nail clippings and a used spoon from a previous guest.
The staff were responsive and apologetic - cleaning was done again after 24 hours which was appreciated. The hot water issue wasn’t resolved quickly."

"Pros: Lock box didnt work but they had a second one that was easy to access. When we rang as were having issues our call was answered quickly and an alternative found easily.
Cons: Toilet lid was cracked and no large serving dishes. But wasnt an issue"
