"Pros: The apartment is spacious and well appointed. It has some wonderful artworks and quirky touches in some of the pieces of furniture. An eclectic mix of genres that work well together and make this beautiful apartment a delight to stay in, with all the mod cons you would expect. It's on the main road, but the property was very quiet.
The location was excellent for the bus into the centre of Dunedin as the stops both directions were virtually outside the apartment, and at $3 a trip, excellent value.
Cons: Suitcase stands or chairs in the bedrooms would have been useful."

"Pros: Self contained, near to supermarket & liquor store, it had a microwave, kettle and toaster if you wanted to cook but also near to fast food places like Macdonald's, KFC, Pizza hut etc for takeaways.
A few bars & restaurants nearby on the way into Dunedin Centre.
Easy to find from the Octagon in the Centre of Dunedin & the Central bus station.
Right next to a petrol station, if driving, & good parking facilities.
Cons: Was a bit far if you had to walk into the centre of Dunedin (doable but a good 20+ mins) but excellent bus service if you buy a Bee Bus pass ( $5 plus min $5 top up) as all journeys are then $2 . You can then load the card via the bus driver, or at the I site info centres, to cover the number of journeys u are likely to make."
