"Pros: Good location, nice outlook, parking and size of house was good
Cons: Looks great from the photo's, but this is a very run down house needing a lot of maintenance and severely overpriced for what it is. It had no reviews and we were very disappointed. I have since seen that this house has a rating of 2.7 out of 10 on Air BNB and this is pretty accurate based on what we paid. Went to light the fire and there were 5 dead birds in it even though Bachcare said it had had a deep clean 3 days earlier! Toilets were not clean, scorching hot glass oven door fell out when opening the oven. BBQ filthy, windows and deck don't look like they have been cleaned in years."
