Forest Manor is a gracious historical home built in 1904. The house is a Victorian bay villa with many authentic character features. It offers free WiFi and a shared lounge area with a Feurich grand piano. Some rooms have a table and seating area. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the guest rooms. A cooked breakfast is available and the menu has local products including organic yogurt, local Barker's jams and free range eggs from the property. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including cycling and fishing. There are walking tracks near the property which can be accessed from the property itself. The property is located next to the Talbot Forest Scenic Reserve, and is a 5-minute walk from Geraldine shops and restaurants. Timaru is 34 km from Forest Manor.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 10 years old to 14 years old stay for NZD 30 per person per night when using an existing bed. Adults stay for NZD 80 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
