A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a surcharge when you pay with a credit card. Construction is underway at a neighbouring building and there may be noise and dust disturbance from the construction work.
