Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancellation fees apply: More than 30 days before arrival: No cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties. Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancellations made within this period incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost. Within 7 days of arrival: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, with no refunds available. Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for NZD 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
