"Pros: The room layout was perfect with great privacy. Presentation was great with good service. Based in a grrat location within walking distance to Hamilton East shopping centre, and within acouple minutes drive to the CBD Cons: The plumbing wasn’t ideal with the shower drain, kitchen sink and bathroom sink continuously blocking up, and the toilet kept flushing by itself which was very noisey at night. More than one pillow per person would have been more comfortable. These are just comments, other than that our room was clean, the location was amazing, and we did thoroughly enjoy our stay" ~Shannon
