"Pros: The host was extremely hospitable on the phone when we needed to stay an extra night. I had booked online for a different room because our original one was booked out. She called to assist me, and we were able to stay in the same room for 2 days. The 'extra mile' service and warm welcome are something we will remember and tell our whanau and friends about when we go home. The room was clean and welcoming. The spa bath was a treat after a 7 hour journey. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept soundly. The cleaners came in to freshen up the room, and the little touches of luxury were noticed!
