"Pros: The hospitality offered at this property is a cut above. Very homely and spacious but what makes it special are the sweet touches like home-baked scones with jam and cream waiting in the fridge for you on arrival, hot chocolate and marshmallows and eggs and butter plus a few extra handy condiments that make for hassle free self-catering in the well-provisioned (and well-labelled) kitchen. Easy to locate, ample parking and conveniently located to Hokitika township; while it may not have your five star views from your room, it makes up for it in the very welcoming hospitality." ~Helen
