"Pros: We loved the beautiful gardens and exquisitely furnished rooms. The staff were all very welcoming and provided excellent service especially Rahv on the front desk he was outstanding with a great sense of humour. Cons: Our room had very little natural light which was such a shame as the views to the lake and gardens are spectacular. There was only one window and it was tiny. Such a poor design when the site itself is elevated." ~Rosamond
