"Pros: Hayley was extremely helpful and even gave some tips for someone new to New Zealand and about the area, which was very safe and quiet. The property was clean and had everything needed to live there for a week, including washing machine. The best part was the location with it being less than a 5 minute walk to Howick beach and only 20 min walk to shops and restaurants in Howick. Cons: You can hear the upstairs neighbors pretty clearly, but they were never loud early or late so this was not an issue for me but thought I'd mention in case this is a pet peeve for anyone." ~Jesse
