Situated in a peaceful rural setting among groves of Manuka trees and at the foot of the Seaward Kaikoura mountain ranges, Manakau Lodge offers luxurious guest rooms with free WiFi, free movies and music entertainment. Guests enjoy panoramic ocean and mountain views and each room features a private patio. The Manakau Lodge Kaikoura is 5 minutes’ drive from the beach. Kaikoura District Museum and Dolphin Encounter Kaikoura are each 15 minutes' drive away. The air-conditioned rooms feature a 43-inch 4K TV with Sound Bar, satellite channels. Each room offers handmade wooden furniture and a modern bathroom with heated floors, bathrobes and a monsoon shower. All bookings at Manakau Lodge enjoy exclusive use of the 4 bedroom Villa and all it's facilities. Children and pets are welcome Manakau Lodge has full kitchen, dining and laundry facilities for use by guests.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you wish to check in any time outside of 15:00 to 20:00, please notify the lodge in advance. Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for NZD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
