Situated in Tapuaetahi, 18 km from Kerikeri, The SeaHouse features views of the sea and is set 11 km from Kemp House and Stone Store. The apartment is fully equipped with the lounge and bedroom overlooking the sea. There is an outdoor seating area with BBQ. Towels and bed linen are available at The SeaHouse.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Detailed directions including the gate and apartment access codes will be provided once a booking is made. This is a private beach accessible only to owners and guests.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 16 years old stay for NZD 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
