Nestled between Lake Pukaki and the Ben Ohau ranges, Mt Cook Lakeside Retreat offers free WiFi, a hot tub and free daily breakfast and dinner. All accommodations offer stunning views. Set on 160 acres within the Aoraki Mackenzie Dark Sky Reserve, Mt Cook Retreat is a 7-minute drive from Twizel and 30 minutes' drive from Mt Cook Village. Lake Tekapo is a 30-minute drive away. Accommodations options include three 1 or 2 bedroom luxury villas with each with a hot tub, fireplace and drawing room. Each of the heated suites offers high wooden ceilings, sandstone floors and an elegant ensuite bathroom. The Villa with Lake views has a private sauna, fitness room and massage room. Guests receive free afternoon tea on arrival. Your free breakfast provisions are prepared by the Retreat chefs and include, homemade bread, muesli, jams and fruit. Guests can enjoy tennis, stargazing, cycling and hiking on the property.
