"Pros: Great location with awesome views. Cozy and friendly vibes. Well equipped kitchen. Cabins of shared dormitories look new. Cons: The washing machines don’t work well; they’re old and only take cash. Both days, we saw people frantically searching for coins because no one had any. There are no power outlets near each bed, just a single power strip on the floor in the middle of the room. If you want to charge your phone while lying in bed at the end of the day, you can’t. The same issue exists in the common dining area—just one power strip for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped, but it’s always packed with people. Don’t expect to cook whenever you want; we had to have dinner at 9 PM both nights. We slept in the top bunk, and the mattress was quite uncomfortable—it sagged, and our hips touched the bed frame. The Wi-Fi barely works. Beds aren’t assigned in the dorms; it’s first come, first served, so if you arrive late, you get stuck with the worst ones. From around 6 PM—when everyone returns—the bathrooms get quite dirty. However, this seems more like the fault of people who don’t use them respectfully, leaving puddles or clumps of hair on the floor. In the early morning, the bathrooms remain in the same condition since it seems there is no cleaning early morning. I only saw them clean after lunchtime, which I believe is when they do the cleaning. If the person in the top or bottom bunk moves, the whole bed shakes. The frame could be sturdier. There are no lockers in the dorm to store your belongings, meaning everyone leave them on the floor. There are also no curtains on the bed to have some privacy." ~Annalisa
