Please inform Totara Cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Upon booking your credit card will be charged a deposit of 5% of the accommodation total (plus a 3% card transaction fee). The balance will be charged 14 days prior to your stay (or upon booking if booked within 14 days of your stay). This will show as 2 charges on your card, amounting to the booking total.Please note check-in at our Discover Tekapo office is from 15:00 until 18:00. If you expect to arrive after 18:00 please contact us to arrange key pick up.
