The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 16 years old and over stay for NZD 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
