Unfortunately we have been informed that there will be some night road works operating between the 14th of April and the 5th of May (but not on Friday and Saturday nights) on the road in front of our Motel. Ear Plugs will be provided. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Boatshed Motel Apartments offers self-contained accommodation, only 2 minutes’ walk from Beach. Most suites have sea views and a private outdoor area with BBQ. Free WiFi and one free car parking spot are provided. Suites at Boatshed Motel Apartments, with the exception of the Small King Room, feature a living area, kitchen facilities and a satellite TV. Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are provided. Guests have access to shared laundry facilities. The restaurants and shops of Mount Maunganui town centre are an 10- 15 minute drive away and Tauranga Airport is 5 km away.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Boatshed Motel Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that most rooms are accessed via stairs. The property does not have air conditioning in the rooms.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are not allowed.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for NZD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
