"Pros: The apartment we had was split over two levels and the cleanliness was good.
The location is excellent. The complex offered EV charging which was easy to use.
Cons: The upstairs bed was comfortable but small. The downstairs bedroom only had blinds to filter the light - no blackout blinds or drapes. The accommodation was on the pricey side for two people" ~Heather
"Pros: Fantastic location. Large apartment for a family of 4. Well stocked and modern kitchen. Laundry was great. Nicely decorated. Loved it!!!
Cons: Nothing. Was perfect" ~Ak
"Pros: Great Location. And comfy bed. Slept in downstairs room because of the noise of the heavy rain.
Pool and spa were lovely and warm and clean.
Prefer larger towels.
Expected shampoo and conditioner, but luckily had bought some of my own.
Otherwise lovely place" ~Donna
"Pros: Great apartment in a perfect location. The pool was real bonus. There were a couple of maintenance issues that look like have already been reported. Eg: The bunk bed (wobbled which gave a feeling on being unsafe - might just need some tightening up. It was very comfy for 12 year old and 10 year old as long as they didn’t move!) Drawer front hanging off in downstairs bedroom wardrobe. The bathroom fans have been reported a lot. They look very clogged up so I’m sure just need end of season attention. The only reason though for marking down slightly was the noise that can be heard from the upstairs bedroom. (Again widely reported on most of the earlier reviews - we didn’t dream it was as bad as it was though) The noise was incredibly loud all night. Banging and wheezing. I presume A/C units or something to do with the pool above. It almost makes that room unusable. Ear plugs didn’t work. The bangs sound as if someone is hitting a metal drum inside the bedroom. It’s such a shame because we loved it otherwise but that bedroom just isn’t suitable for a relaxing break unless you bring industrial ear defenders. We visit Mount Maunganui every year and at first thought this would be the best place we’d stayed at but we couldn’t stay again due to the level of noise." ~Joanne
