Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.6% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, a 3.35% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card and a 2.8% charge when you pay with a Diners Club credit card.
