"Pros: Owners were away so left breakfast for us . All very clean and comfortable, only snag was windows had been left open and there were a lot of flying insects and moths which were annoying. Otherwise excellent." ~Anne

"Pros: Stunning views; quiet and beautiful. The suite itself was gorgeous and felt very luxurious. Allll the amenities were there and it was obvious great attention was paid to detail. Cons: We got there after dark and it was a little difficult to see the sign but we managed. Wish we could have stayed longer!" ~Carissa

"Pros: We loved the location out in the Paddock. Was great to experience living in the middle of "nowhere" but still be a short 8 min ride away from the shops and restaurants in Matamata. Was also easy to get to Hobbiton and the Blue Springs and Rotorua. The Sunset over the fields was stunning. There were multiple games, books and a big flat screen tv for entertainment on a rainy day. Cons: There was not anywhere to hang towels to dry inside. The lightning in the living room was overly bright and thus not very cozy in the evening. Most of the glasses, cups and cutlery had not been cleaned well and was left dirty in the cupboards (probably by the previous guests, but not sure why this had been checked by cleaning staff between next guests)." ~Bente_jamie
