"Pros: This was our second stay at Pacific palms resort and as before it was wonderful. Check in was easy with Andy and he had an upstairs apartment for us as requested and had even upgraded us which was a fantastic surprise! We had a lovely view over the pool. Apartment was very clean and beds very comfortable. Pool was nice and warm and hot tub delightful. Excellent location next to shops, restaurants and easy walk to beautiful Papamoa beach. We where meant to stay only 3 nights but where enjoying ourselves so much we ended up staying another 2! We'll be back again soon : )" ~Jenny
