Situated in the heart of Pohara Beach at Golden Bay, Ratanui Lodge was fully refurbished in winter 2021, it offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and free continental breakfast in a beautiful natural setting. It boasts a saltwater swimming pool, a restaurant and a lounge bar. Facilities at Ratanui Lodge Golden Bay include a beauty treatment room and a tour desk that can assist with booking Golden Bay kayaking trips, eco-tours to Farewell Spit Nature Reserve, horse-trekking at Wharariki Beach, or cruises into the Abel Tasman National Park. All rooms include a Smart TV and an outdoor seating area. Rooms are furnished in a contemporary style and include tea/coffee making facilities and and an ensuite bathroom. A continental breakfast is served each morning. Ratanui Lodge is only 1 minute’s walk from the beach at Pohara. Takaka town centre is a 10-minute drive and Abel Tasman National Park is a 30-minute drive away.
