Offering free WiFi and free on-site parking, Apartments @ Spinnaker Bay boasts lakefront accommodation with views of the mountains. Guests enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna. Queenstown is a 2-minute drive or 25 minutes' walk away. All modern apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen, a log fireplace and a balcony. The en suite bathrooms each feature a spa bath. There is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and CD/DVD players. Each includes a private courtyard with BBQ facilities. Spinnaker Bay Apartments are a 10-minute drive from the airport. There is a golf club across the lake. Coronet Peak is a 25-minute drive away and The Remarkables ski area is a 35-minute drive away. Our pool will be out of action for some of May 2023 - being repainted. Should be back in action for Queens birthday weekend.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Guests are asked to inform staff in advance if their arrival is later than 19:00 on the day of arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is no campervan access at Apartments @ Spinnaker Bay, however parking is available nearby and a reservation is required. All apartments are split-level and feature stairs. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
