"Pros: Quiet setup that is a short bus ride from Queenstown (check out the beecard at the airport when you arrive). Having a couple of spots for food and drink within walking distance is a nice bonus. The grocery stops available in Queenstown meant we got to do breakfast without having to rush in the mornings. The washing machine took some figuring out but having it available is very nice. Cons: Directions for the washing machine would help." ~Matt

"Pros: Lovely and comfortable property. Very clean and new. Loved the lotion too even though 15 minutes from the town. Combined Washing machine Dryer worked well. Loved the heated bathroom. Mobile Fans for warm evenings good. Designated parking for one vehicle. Would definitely stay here again. Cons: Beach towels would have been good for water activities. It was annoying when other guests parked in our designated car spot. Our room did not have a coffee milk frother, whereas other units did. Second bedroom had no windows. "Pros: Recently built apartment block which is spacious and private, fresh, clean and modern . Comfortable beds, soft fluffy white towels. Perfect for family stay. Overall feeling of a nice upmarket apartment, which is located right next to famous spa's. Cons: One big draw back for us was the heat. We stayed during summer and on top floor. Apartment was getting stinking hot during the day and a small AC unit installed in lounge just could not cope with heat. There were couple of floor fans in the apartment but they make no difference. It was uncomfortable in bedrooms to the point we couldn't sleep at night. Certainly something that needs to be sorted in my opinion." ~Natalya
