"Pros: This is a very nice home with a lot of potential, but there are a few details where it falls short of a premium rental. The view is pretty good, and it's pretty close to Queenstown without being in the worst traffic. Cons: The carpet is extremely worn on the stairs, and some of the carpet was missing at the bottom of the stairs. Several of the window shades are jammed, and can't be closed. The dryer is mounted upside down from the ceiling, and it was difficult to get all of the clothes back out of it. There are no screens on the windows, and there were tons of bugs inside when we arrived. The ceilings in the bathrooms have bug guts all over them." ~Derek

"Pros: Stunning property, really cosy and comfortable, very comfy beds, amazing location and views. water taxi ride into Queenstown (Bayview where you caught the boat was 1 min walk from the house), drive in was also easy too, lovely walking route around the peninsula, house was clean and tidy with all amenities needed. couldn’t fault in anyway, thank you!
