"Pros: Location was great, killer views (of water/mountains, and also plane spotting if you are into it). Pictures/descriptions were accurate Cons: There's a lot of rules. I understand it's needed to keep the property in good order but it was probably one of the most onerous on my trip. Garbage was a bit ambiguous and if we are able to fill up one of the garbage bins with our garbage the garbage bag inside the house should be similar sized (not a pint sized garbage bag, with no recycling options which made things a tad more difficult than needed to be)" ~Vincent
