Situated across the road from Orongo Bay, Russell-Orongo Bay Holiday Park offers accommodation with 3 BBQ areas. Guests enjoy a swimming pool and a TV lounge with a open fireplace. Set on 14 acres, this holiday park is surrounded by a protective area for native New Zealand wildlife such as kiwi and weka birds. It is 5 minutes’ drive from the Russell ferry terminal and within 5 minutes' drive of Oneroa Bay. Paihia is 35 minutes’ drive away. All accommodation features access to a patio and a refrigerator. There are several communal kitchens available with a refrigerator, microwave and stove-tops. Other facilities include a grocery store, car and boat cleaning areas, bicycle hire and a self-service laundry. The property also includes a wood fire pizza oven, children's playground, campfire and a fish smoke house. There are a variety of activities in the surrounding areas including fishing, walking and birdwatching. Bike hire are is available on request.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 01 Jun 2024 until Sat 31 Aug 2024 Please note that Russell-Orongo Bay Holiday Park does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Guests using an American Express card to guarantee their reservation will be contacted by the property to provide details of another credit card in order to guarantee the booking. Please note that pets are allowed on request for an additional charge. For further information, please contact the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests staying in the Budget rooms with shared bathroom and the Family room with shared bathroom need to bring their own linen and towels or hire our linen & towel pack for $10 per person per stay. Fitted sheets, pillows and pillow cases are provided. Guests staying in The Budget room with shared bathroom need to bring kitchenware. Guests staying in The Budget cabin need to bring their own towels and kitchenware.
