"Pros: What a stunning property! Beautiful views, the spa was amazing and the breakfast was just adorable. Inside it’s a real delight with beautiful rooms. It’s in a good location - close to the ferry port and Oneroa. We managed to get around without a car which was great. Cons: I’d say it’s quite expensive for what you get (even though what you get is lovely!) We stayed because we attended a wedding at Mudbrick, so I think you’re paying a premium for the convenience. Also there is no running water at 11-11:30am as it shares the irrigation with the winery. We had to contact the owner because we thought we had no running water which had me a bit stressed as we needed to shower before the wedding. The owner was very communicative and it was resolved quickly and professionally. It was no big deal, but if this is a daily occurrence, better to be upfront about it with your guests so they don’t panic." ~Kahlia
