"Pros: superb view of the river estuary. nice studio area. Cons: the access road is a bit of a nightmare part dirt road, part concrete and extremely steep with corners you cannot see over the car bonnet. the kitchen is tiny with a grill and separate hot plate you have to put out every time before youq use them." ~Michael
