Cons: The furniture and fittings were very tired. Couch thread bear in places - I didn't sit on it. Shower stained and cupboards were dirty inside, windows needed a clean. All over needs a freshen up and good clean. I also expected and iron and ironing board but that was available. For the price I expected better."
