"Pros: Outside seating was comfortable and practical. Deck and view was really good, and beautifully sunny most of day. Set in attractive garden. Lots of bird, water and beach activity to watch. Direct access to deck from living room, which was spacious. Drive to Thames fairly quick although a little twisty. Cons: Access to property was a little difficult for us as we are elderly and there are no handrails on the steps, but appreciate that more agile people would have no problem." ~Jo
