"Pros: Liz and Phil were phenomenal hosts; they provided a wonderful room, exceptional breakfast & loved chatting with them about the NZ culture & traditions. So kind and thoughtful. We would highly recommend a stay at their home unconditionally. Cons: Parking was a bit tight, but manageable." ~Kathleen

"Pros: The location was a short drive across to the main city of Tauranga which is good. A very nice quiet street and lovely sea view at the end of the street which is very close to the property. There was very good communication before I visited there and instructions on where to park and collecting the keys. The place was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. Cons: The only thing that did not bother me but just to note that you can hear the owners walking around upstairs so this maybe an issue with some people. However, at night it is quiet when sleeping." ~Michelle
