Surrounded by parklands, Bucket Tree Lodge is only 12 minutes by train from Wellington city centre. It offers spacious suites and apartments with satellite TV, BBQ facilities and free car parking. All accommodation at Bucket Tree Lodge Wellington includes a toaster, microwave and refrigerator. Each has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, private bathroom and electric blankets. Apartments with cooking facilities are available. Cooked and continental breakfasts are available. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minute walk. Guests have access to laundry facilities and a children’s playground. Takapu Train Station is only 70 metres away. It is a 12-minute drive to the Interislander Ferry Terminal.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests need to meet one or more requirements to stay in this property: proof of full Coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination, a recent valid negative Coronavirus PCR test, or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, you must inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests are requested to inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of the airport shuttle and babysitting services. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) as from the 1st of December 2021 and until further notice all guests must provide a Covid Vac certificate which is supported by photo identification such as a drivers license or passport etc.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for NZD 15 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 2 years old to 16 years old stay for NZD 25 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 2 years old and over stay for NZD 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
