"Pros: We will be back. This had the cozy comfort of a cabin with all the luxury of an upscale stay. High quality appliances, spacious bathroom, hot tub under the stars, outdoor dining and lounging space and more. We stayed two nights and had waffle batter with various toppings, eggs and bacon, as well as some fresh bread. We didn't take advantage of the kayaks for higher, but might in subsequent visits. The location was perfect. Right off Hwy 1 outside of Tirau, but around the bend on the other side of a hill which helps with the serenity. Close to Sanctuary Mountain, the shops and coffee of Tirau and the lake and river. Hosts were easily accessible even though we never saw them. I cannot recommend this place enough. We went for our anniversary, but will find our way back before next year."

"Pros: Set in an idyllic location and very quiet. The accommodation was well maintained, clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was provided with an assortment of foods. Would recommend this as a great place to stay and central to just about anywhere you would want to go."
