"Pros: Really clean, beds very comfortable and clean pressed sheets. Cons: No decent non-stick fry pan, a holiday essential. Kitchen items need upgrading for rental price. Need new clean crockery. Photos showed DVD player but it was not there when we stayed. Couldn't cast to TV as it was so old." ~Dunford

"Pros: Great location. Just across the road from a wonderful beach and not far from a lovely retail. It was extremely hot weather and there were no fans or aircon at the property. It was very clean, but quite musty. Despite this, we enjoyed our time in Waihi Beach ." ~Tracey
