The Barn Bed and Breakfast is a rural property located 15 minutes' drive from Dunedin. The barn is separate from the house and is completely self-contained with one upstairs bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen/dining area. The barn is the only room on the property, ensuring your complete privacy. This country-style accommodation is nestled in the beautiful hills above peaceful Blueskin Bay. The property offers a sun terrace and views of the mountains. The barn has a a TV and DVD player, as well as a CD player are featured. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in the room. Rooms are fitted with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. It is ideally located to explore the surrounding beaches, a cafe, art gallery and the Orokonui Ecosanctuary.

Please note that a short part of the drive to the property is on a gravel road.
