Situated atop a cliff above Kariotahi Beach, Castaways Resort boasts views of the Tasman Sea. It is 10 minutes’ drive from Waiuku and 70 kms drive from Auckland city centre. The elegant studios and chalets at Castaways Resort feature fully equipped kitchenettes or kitchens. All boast private decks that overlook the ocean. Living areas have a DVD player and satellite TV. Castaways Resort features an onsite restaurant. Fine wines and gourmet meals can be enjoyed while admiring the panoramic views. Castaways Resort is located approximately 70km’s from Auckland International Airport. Free parking is available onsite.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Castaways Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note we charge a 2.8% credit card surcharge on payments made by credit card and 4% Amex.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
