"Pros: Jade Court is located on the main highway in Hokitika, so easy to find. Not far from the downtown area. Large 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a large sitting area and kitchen. Perfect for a larger family. Not far from the beachfront. Great place to stay if you are passing through. No A/C in this unit but an oscellating fan was provided. Cons: Motel is located next to a train track - but with so few trains passing through, this was not a problem." ~Wonda
