"Pros: We enjoyed the nature tours with Marvin very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The canal tours is what I will remember the most. The room was simple and clean. Cons: I assumed one of the tours would include the turtle watching. We had to set that up separately and it would have been nice to know that. It wasn’t the extra cost that bothered me, just that it wasn’t clear that it would be a separate tour." ~Leslie
