"Pros: this beautiful place is run by a wonderful, friendly and hard working family. they served me a delicious breakfast every morning, and a few times I had dinner there, and it also was delicious. They take pride in their property, constantly cleaning, and fixing things. the view of the lake was absolutely beautiful, it was a pleasure to view every morning during breakfast. I would recomend Cocibolca House B&B to anyone who is seeking comfort and relaxation, which is what I found. my greatest joy was watching the cute little grandaughter running around the property, filling the air with her laughter and joy. I also made friends with their cute and frendly dogs. They really are a kind and beautiful family, and I am hoping to come back one day soon. Cons: this is not a reflection on the family, but I wish that my Spanish language skills were much better, then I would have been able to tell them how much I enjoyed being there. They seemed to be interesting people, and I feel that I lost out on having meaningful conversation with them. Next time I hope that I can speak better Spanish." ~Joseph

"Pros: I arrived for my booking during semana santa holidays, the most busy weekend of the year. I selected this hostal because it was the only one left. Upon arrival i showed my booking reservation and was told they were sold out. The man acted very strange and went to show me his booking notifications which was entirely empty, maybe deleted. He was cold, told me to take it up with booking and showed zero concern for my situation being basically left without a room for the night. I recommend you stay away from this hostel as this man is not honest or trustworthy and has zero customer service ability. 0/10 Cons: Terrible owner." ~Cris
